Dynamic Development Strategies (DDS) seeks a full-time Grant Writer to join our team in a staff position with the opportunity for benefits. This role offers hybrid work, flexible scheduling, and a salary range of $58,000 - $63,000, based on experience. Must be able to attend in-person client meetings in Fort Worth, Texas and live in North Texas.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue grant funding opportunities for multiple clients
- Develop compelling grant proposals tailored to funder priorities.
- Maintain an organized grants calendar to track deadlines, applications, and reporting.
- Collaborate with nonprofit clients to understand funding needs and program details.
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements, including financial and program reporting.
- Cultivate relationships with private, corporate, and government funders.
- Monitor funding trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of grant writing experience required.
- Preference for state and federal grant experience.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote/hybrid setting.
